1. Refund Eligibility

We are committed to delivering high-quality data. Merchants are eligible for a refund under the following specific conditions:

  • Campaign Approval Failure: If you deposit funds for a campaign that is rejected by our administration for any reason, 100% of the funds will be refunded.
  • System Error: If a technical failure prevents your survey from being displayed to users.
  • Non-Delivery: If the agreed number of responses is not met within the specified timeframe (partial refund for missing responses).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Completed Campaigns: Once the required number of responses has been collected and delivered.
  • Dissatisfaction with Opinions: Market research involves honest user feedback. Negative feedback or opinions you disagree with are not grounds for a refund.
  • User Error: If you provided incorrect questions or setup details in your survey form.

3. Processing Timeline

Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the funds will be credited back to your Merchant Wallet or original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment gateway.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our Merchant Support team with the following details:

  • Merchant Account Username/ID.
  • Transaction ID of the deposit.
  • Campaign ID (if applicable).
  • Reason for the refund request.
